This is due to having an eye for detail, in particular picking up on "missing" information from files and ensuring accuracy with regard to disbursements. We will always advise you to the best of our ability and ensure you are advised where you may be able to claim additional vital costs, thus you will maximise on your costs recovery potential.
We undertake costing of all family work including Public Law, including injunctions and contact and all associated matters and, on occasions, housing matters.
We prepare all documents from simple Claim 1 forms, fixed fee Claim 1A forms to detailed Bills and complex High Cost Case Plans on a daily basis and whatever your needs may be, we will be delighted to assist you.
